Insurable objects

-The rented bicycle in its standard version is insured under this policy.
Objects not covered in general
-Accessories and other objects other than those with which the bicycle is delivered as standard at the time of rental.

Material Damage

This warranty only covers material damage to the bicycle and its standard insured accessories as a result of any accidental cause, as well as mechanical assistance for the proper operation of the rented product.

Exclusions

– Damage to third parties. The insurance contracted is not valid to pay for damages to persons or objects of third parties caused by the bicycle.
– Personal injuries. The contracted insurance does not cover medical assistance caused by an accident while using the contracted bicycle.
-Theft.
-Claims caused by bad faith or gross negligence on the part of the Insured,
-Partial theft of the bicycle or of its component parts, as well as of all those elements of improvement, accessories and ornamentation.
